How to Grow Your Self-Help Business
After direct-response copy that persuades your prospects to buy from you? Need to generate leads? Stop wasting money on social media and turn it into a goldmine? Establish yourself as an authority and create information products?
Maybe you want to strengthen your existing copy? Tweak it and test it to see if you can get better results? Or deepen your relationship with the prospects and customers you already have?
To grow your business you want to attract your ideal prospect. Build trust with her until she’s ready to buy. Then please her so much that she buys from you again and again.
If this sounds like what you’re after, then you’re in the right place.
Below you’ll find a list of the most common copywriting services I’m asked to provide. Next to each is a price range; the price varies depending on the amount of work involved. Want something that’s not listed here? Contact me to ask if it’s something I’m able to do for you, or if I can refer you to a colleague who can handle your project.
After you’ve looked through my services, read my Blueprint for a Successful Copywriting Project below. It explains how we go about working together.
More Cash In Your Pocket
Sales drive your business success. To get more sales, you need direct-response copy that appeals to your prospects’ emotions. Then you want to help them justify their decision with logic… and give them a reason to buy NOW!
Sales Letters ($2000-$7500 plus commission)
You can use sales letters for two purposes: to sell your product or service… or to generate leads. A sales letter can range in length from 4-16+ printed pages. The length varies based on your purpose, and how many objections from your prospects need to be overcome.
Landing Pages ($1200-$2500+ plus commission)
The online equal to a printed sales letter, your landing page seeks to convert prospects. In most cases, it’s shorter than its printed sister. It needs to cover everything to persuade your prospect to buy… and no longer or shorter.
Press Release ($500-$1000)
Fee depends on the extent of research and interviews involved. I charge an extra fee to distribute the press release for you, and a higher fee if you’d like me to send it to my personal media contacts.
Social Media Profits
Setting up Social Media Pages: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, YouTube ($500 per network, all five for $2000)
Post and Watch Feeds and Build Community ($1000 per month)
Taking 1-2 hours a day, five days a week to create posts. Some posts build trust with prospects. Others lead them further down your sales path. And others keep existing customers engaged.

Blueprint for a Successful Copywriting Project
You may never have worked with a self-help copywriter before, so let me outline what you can expect.
Stage 1: Intake Interview. When you first get in touch, I’ll send you a questionnaire. When you complete that, we’ll schedule time for a 20-minute call (either by phone or Skype). On that call, you’ll help me understand what you want to achieve with your project and I’ll suggest the best way to achieve your goal. Within 48 hours you’ll get a proposal from me.
Stage 2: Getting Started. At this point, I dig deep to understand your product or service. I learn why your business is unique and uncover what evidence you have to prove this. We identify your ideal prospect. And we set timelines for all milestones in your project.
Stage 3: Research. From the materials you provide, I’ll study your product or service until I know it almost as well as you do… and believe in it just as much. This will help me plan the approach to your project, and I’ll check in to make sure you like the approach I’m planning to take.
Stage 4: First Draft. You’ll receive the first draft of your copy on time and error-free.
Stage 5: Your Revisions. Despite my best efforts and the care I’ve taken to this point, you may have changes you want to make. I’m happy to make changes for you. My fee includes two revisions at no extra charge if you request them within the first 30 days after you receive the first draft. I complete small changes within 48 hours. Larger changes can take longer. I’ll give you an idea of how long it will take when you request the changes.
Stage 6: Final Copy. When I submit the final copy, I’ll include recommendations on how to get the best results from using the copy.
Once the project is complete, I’ll stay in touch to hear how your project has been successful.
Make today great and change someone’s life for the better!
